Mindfulness is at the core of a going through change, by present awareness one can create space of allowing new solutions, creativity and conscious authentic decisions. I apply Mindfulness in my coaching work not only as a stress reduction and calming practice but also as a transformative tool for finding effective, resilient, innovative ways to deal with complex problems. Mindfulness means to be fully present, a state of awareness of a present moment. Mindfulness is also about connectedness, connecting with our emotions, thoughts and bodies, its self exploration and consciousness. It is also about creating connection to the space and system you’re moving through and people you approach.

My own goal coaching with clients is to inspire creative solutions, try new behaviours, find unexpected links, devop new ways of seeing and perceiving. To build confidence to act on creative ideas and make them work to foster innovation and just enjoying being in the creative flow. Myself as a coach I work with creative techniques, build, stories, images to make coaching experience inspirational, energising, stimulating and fulfilling.

Bringing some aspects of somatic work into coaching serves not only accessing self connection but also gives the ability to experience change deeper and more sustainable, experience it through our bodies and senses.
